I just started to promote Intertops, and wrote asking about this also, and how it works.
This is what they told me:
The weekly statistics are updated each Tuesday for the previous week. The
commission is automatically credited to your intertops account every 4 weeks
(from date of registration). Then you can request a payout.They said my 4 weeks or whatever was coming due this week and I should expect to see my earnings in my Intertops account available then to withdraw or whatever.

Yes then when you see it on your account, you have to then transfer and request a cashout:drink:
