I was reading that a ton of starch like pasta does the trick and drink a lot of water:hattip:

get drunk until you pass out, wake up feeling really shitty and go from there.

Actually I believe there are some pills just for jetlag that I have tried and heard they work. For me it was hard to tell because it’s not every day I go on flights that are 12 hours + so I have nothing to compare it with other than recommendations.

Now that my jet leg has left me :-) I can now put two sentences together.

I have to say Australia CAP was awesome, I meet some great affiliates and signed some great deals. I have to give a big shout out to Renee for a great party.

Australia is one of those amazing places everyone should go at least once in a life time.

I would like to hear from you all – how do you get over your Jet leg?

    Thanks mate :)
Glad you had a great time!

Jetlag – I would agree with John… Tire yourself out.. Stay awake as long as you can and go from there..

I think Vegasguy had a pretty good idea too :)

Don’t sleep on the plane and yes even if its a 30 hour journey.

Crash as soon as you land if its late enough (like 7pm) or wait u until its that late to crash. You should be tired enough to sleep until the early am. The trick is to depart at a certain hour so you can land in the early evening and crash right away.

I thought I was over my Jet leg but I think it hit me again this week:Cry:

I find I never get jet leg when I go – I only get jet leg when I get home.

well funny enough I didn’t take my own advice. Been back maybe 4 days now and I hope I have myself sorted. Yesterday slept 2-7pm and then about 1am to 6am and it’s 8am now and I’m wide awake. Goal is to make it to midnight tonight but the tiredness hits you out of nowhere. I think tomorrow I have a concert to go to so if I can manage to keep the pace up I might get drunk then.

I am FINALLY back in the UK – Landed at 5.30 am this morning and am off for beers now – My theory is always go as late as you can and beers with the lads always helps with that :hattip:
