I have just been on this for my new site societyofslots.com. I emailed all my affiliate managers and it seems most dont even have the backend capacity to offer exclusive bonuses.. And many that do want traffic data and exclusive promotion on the site for it.
I think networks are your best bet.. Affiliateedge seem okJust ask, and keep asking. It seems like a catch 22, you want to be special for some more traffic yet its hard to get anything until you have more traffic.
try taking the network approach first. It will be a lot easier to get bonuses if you can show the advertiser that you’re driving good traffic and that it is worth it to them also

The brands I’m interested in – 888, Winner, Bet365, BetFair, Gala, 32Red & others – don’t seem to be in any network ! Looks as if I’ll have to deal direct. Maybe it’s because they’re UK-focused …
Affiliate Edge are not a network. Just send an email to every affiliate manager and see what comes back

You could be lucky with Winner – and perhaps 888. I don’t think it’s easy with the other brands you mention. Try some RTG casino as they seem to be able to setup individual bonus codes.
