Does somebody know how to configure IE or the Flash Players so that Flash applications don’t need always to be activated with mouse click?

I used to be a web designer/developer before I started at RA and I tried finding a way to do that too but found it wasn’t possible…
Things could have changed since then, and if they have let me know, but I’m 99% positive that you can’t change any settings to get rid of that.
