I have a small website or two that I am constantly revising. Despite that, I have received several offers from gambling portals that would like to purchase advertising space from me.
I am clueless what to charge. Is there a formula for this type of thing, or perhaps a primer of sorts for the noobish?
I don’t want to charge too much or too little, but I have no sense for what that amount might be.
TIA
don’t hook yourself into long term contracts ,sell via 3 month terms and it is better you go for quality than quantity.Try avoiding the homepage links ,inside pr1 will get you $50-75 every three months. If you have more than 100 visitors a day you can double that price and finally please contact me for best prices hahahaha

InactiveBull,
It’s really hard to tell. Present this information and it will be easier to place an estimation of what someone would pay:
1. # of unique visitor per month
2. % of US and non-US visitors
3. What are the main keywords that people use to get to your site?
4. Your domain name
5. players you refer to poker rooms/casinos on that site for an average monthThere is no set hard and fast rule about what to charge. You don’t want to charge too much so that the casino/poker room doesn’t want to advertise on there in the future, but you don’t want to charge too little.

Mark, I thank you for your time with this. I don’t mean to be a smartass, but you are asking me for 1-5 as if there is a formula. Then you are telling me there is no formula.
I understand that it is more art than science. I just need to know the science parts, I am already an artist. :hattip:

Inactivejust ask them what they had in mind
if you like the offer and think it is worth it that sell.
Or you can ask your self why give away my traffic? if the answer is because it is not converting…. well you have nothing to loose in that case

If it is traffic that converts, you can ask for more that the average rates.
