InactiveThere´s no rule of thumb, I´m afraid.
Sometimes I get 3 or 4 players for 50 clicks and then I get 4000 clicks for a program over several months and 0 players. All of these clicks were qualified.

InactiveIt depends on a lot of things and varies a great deal.
If we get people clicking thruogh from an indidividual review then we expect a high conversion rate because we think that we’ve told people exactly what to expect.
If they click through from a banner ad (perhaps attracted by a 100% bonus) then the conversion rate will be a lot lower – even though it’ the same visitor base.
Here are a few sample stats :
As an example from Casino Rewards last month :
Clicks 985
Downloads 126
Registrations 120
Depositing Players 23So you can see that it takes about 8 clicks to get a download.
And we get a deposit out of every 6 downloads.
So around 50 clicks = 1 player.And at Bet365 who cover Sports / Casino and Poker.
Clicks 2026
Signups 67
Sports Depositors 42
New Casino 6
New Poker 2Here it’s about 40 clicks = 1 new player.
======================
Again, these numbers are site dependant – as conversion rates are affected by the quality of your site and the quality of the information on it.
But for us I expect to see a conversion rate of 1 depositor for every 40-60 clicks …. once we are getting reasonable traffic (as there will be wobbles at low volume)
If a site was converting at notably less than this – at say 80-100 clicks per deposit – then I’d take a look at my reviews – and then examine their stats in detail.
IF I continued to perform poorly I’d downgrade their prime links and put them on the back burner.
IF I was getting ZERO conversions then I’d drop them completely.
======================
Hope those general guidelines help mate.

triplecrownMemberPaul,
Thank you for the info. great post. It really helped me get an idea of where I should be headed. I know that how you advetise affects traffic quality as well as banner vs. text links.I’m back to the drawing board..
Thanks again
Cheers!

InactiveI have been in this situation before, loads of traffic clicks ect, and 0 or loads of play money sign ups, you do not necessarily need to go “back to the drawingboard”
This is what I do when faced with this situation:Firstly Just re evaluate that page. Why are users coming here and clicking? obviously you are doing something right if they are there in the first place.
Secondly is the programme they are clicking to living up to what you are telling your visitors?
Thirdly, evaluate what it is you need to do from there, do you need to make a deal with this programme in order to live up to your referee’s expectation? or use a different programme that does? or reword your page to be more realistic and focus on different benefits?

327007MemberIt varies dramatically. For example, With Lucky Nugget, I had 203 clicks this month and 62 depositing players. While with Grand Prive, I had 142 clicks and 11 depositing players. Most of my casinos fall somewhere in between. However, I find that my click to deposit ratio is often far below normal with 3rd party groups. For example with Trade Doubler, I had 149 clicks this month and only 3 depositing players. Pearl Gaming has been a notable exception to this 3rd party generalization. I have had a better than average click to deposit ratio with PG.
Of course the ratio also depends on your site. If you have a review giving detailed information about the casino, the click/deposit ratio should be lower than with a banner and little information
