normally it always took about 3 to 4 business days that we have the money in our bank
well this time we requested a withdrwal to bank on nov 5th – this was a monday
its not in our bank yetvip neteller replied 1st
yeah request was on 5th and the did process on 8th…
WHAT? 3 biz days they keep the money now?!!
and our money should be in our bank on the 14thToday was the 14th
no money yet!they replied like……..
yeah, we have to take note there was a holiday
so today its only 2nd business day and it can take up tp 10 business days.i say WTF
they do never ever admit any mistake on their site
longer ago this already happened
2 weeks and i did not get my money
then finally they replied …….sorry we found out your bank has sent it back – WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE
So i dont know ,
maybe they upgrade or change again somethingI do just hate that they never admit any mistake.
