PPC for gambling on google is still very possible. Same with porn. Believe it or not google does have its flaws.
I have tried PPC ads on google for “free slots” website, not gambling. At the beginning of 2007 I have received the letter from google stating that “from the business point of view” they no longer want to accept even free games sites. So I don’t know about which gambling adds on google you are talking about…

Yahoo completely butchered my retail site, I was listed around #7 and now have some pages listed at 29, 32 and 34. They have the clown that plagiarized my site two years ago in #2 and his title is called index.html, of course he has a Yahoo store.
As of a couple days ago… ALL my sites are getting spidered like crazy. However, SERPS are now almost nothing.
I am not sure what is going on since it is across 95% of my sites
I’ve never been one to send out newsletters, purchase key words or much marketing at all due to just working on building my sites with content and learning SEO and all of the other things that goes along with this business.
I’d say that 99% of my traffic has been via seo. I guess I could do much better if I concentrated more on marketing.
I have noticed a decrease in the number of spider hits that I normally get, but it’s okay because I’m redoing all of my pages due to some scumbag creating 6 duplicate content sites of my gamtrak portal. :flush:
Now that I know a little more about SEO I can target new keywords and see how it goes.
Marina, I hope you get everything sorted out. I’m sure that situation sucks.
