If you click on the cached link, it shows one of my site pages with the keywords highlighted but if you click on the search result link itself, it goes to this stupid ***** site.

The person did indeed steal your tiltle and description for sure. This person has been doing this stuff for all ong time now, we are talking years. On April 23/2006 he decided to step it up a notch and scrape your site.

There is probably a lot more I could dig up. As it is right now you have every right to complain. The cache version of this site clearly shows further foul play. This has cost you in traffic mainly.

So what can be done? well first submitt a spam report to google then submitt content theft complaint to google. Google is usually pretty slow so it may take a while. Far as contacting the server you would be wasting our time. We could all submitt a spam report its quite clear that is what it is. But you would have to submitt the theft report. If all else fails PM me. greek39
