You can contact Natalie at manager[at]sharkcasino.com. If you aren’t reaching her by email then maybe you’re using an incorrect email address. You might try sending an email to support[at]sharkcasino.com and put Attention Natalie/ Affiliate Manager in the subject line.
You can call her by using the toll free number for the casino and asking for Natalie. She’s usually there Monday-Friday, late morning through the afternoon. I called last week and spoke to her about affiliate payments. She told me then that she was hoping to have them done by the end of the week. I’m hoping to see my payment this week. I’m pretty confident I’ll receive my payment without a problem.

Good advice! I have received payment by talking to support at their casino, Shark Casino!
Today is Satuday, have you received the commission? I did not receive it.

Not yet for last month.
I’m hoping to receive it this coming week. Being it’s the weekend, I don’t expect anything today or tomorrow.

Stats are frozen because the casino isn’t live.
I’ve been paid in full, some time ago now. Are you still owed monies?

Yes, they still owe me May commission :unhappy: And I haven’t been able to contact anyone there…

Does anyone know how to contact them? All the usual email addresses doesn’t seem to work.
