I am no expert but from my experience with affiliates from Denmark is they tend to bring in players also from Denmark which require that extra special attention.
The case is the casino probably held back on the payment for a month to make sure the players do not chargeback. Once they are happy they are not going to see a chargeback then you should get your commissions.
Also many casinos now monitor the players brought in since they are paying high CPA rates to make sure the affiliate doe snot commit fraud (ie. funding friends to signup under their link so they get the high CPA).
Hansi appears to be marketing to Germans. These are very good players.
I have to agree with Dominique on that. From what I see, german players are very good players. If they like a casino, they will play again and again and again.
Hansi, if I were you, I would consider doing rev. share instead. At 125 CPA, it seems you are getting the short end of the stick.

There is only ONE RTG casino I know of (off the top of my head) that offers a $125 CPA deal…
…and if it’s the site I’m thinking of, the CPA deal may be much better, so long as the casino doesn’t have “magical” T&C…
…because the RTG I’m thinking of is bonus hunter heaven, and I can easily get people to play there but always lose money on them due to their bonus structure.

I thought the same as “Integrity” – I found the bonus structure in this RTG casino so good for the player that I choose the CPA structure.
