- In Bulgaria income of any individual is subject to a flat income tax rate of 10% in 2009.
- Exemptions are granted to taxpayers with specific types of income.
- The standard rate of tax for a Bulgarian corporate tax in in 2009 is 10%.

I should move there.Yeah I know you have snow in winter on Bulgaria, but the weather is good during summer. Tropical for me at least. I heard it is nice looking and fun place during summer.

During the summer its hot, but the winters are cold, thats why I want to move, I dont like to just sit at home 5 months while its cold.

StarBucksSportsMemberPerhaps take a look at Mauritius.
Not sure what the tax is like, but the weather should be good, and I think housing there is very affordable.
