InactiveHello everyone,
Over the past two years Hot Pepper Casino management has and will continue to maintained ethical, credible and lasting relations with our advertising partners – some of which while new we want to grow with and others who are experienced and seasoned vets.
This is my only and final post regarding this topic.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me by phone, email or Messenger.
Regards,

InactiveUnless this situation is resolved, I would have to say Cedrick that your response was lackluster.

InactiveTo be fair I think you should give Cedrick a chance to fix your issue, he is after all stepping into the job and cleaning up from past management, maybe give him time to sort this out for you. I personally have been chatting to Cedrick the last few weeks and I can tell you he is on the job and takes all concerns serious. I had a past issue with Hot Pepper and have noticed a huge improvement.

Inactivei like cedrik a lot, and to his credit he has already tried to do everything in his power to clear the issue up. cedrik is a great guy. he really tried to get the matter fixed, and we have been going back and forth for a month now. unfortunately, it is not cedrik’s decision – and it is the bosses who have made it very clear they not keeping their deal.

Guestthanks for the heads up Ben!
I think this sort of thing happens all too often. an aff manager of reputable history steps in .. and the powers above knew that by taking on such a manager … they were buying credibility they otherwise would never achieve considering their intent.
I feel sorry for Cedrick. and most sorry of course for those that are wronged and not given the proper due they earned by holding up their end of the bargain.

CAP is for communication, between affiliates and the programs, and also between affiliates themselves. If BigFish has tried for 3 months to get this sorted then he’s right to bring it here and try and get a resolution.
Either discuss this in the open domain (with the details) or work to reach agreement behind the scenes. But this post fails to deal with anything and is a poor response.
Frankly despite Cedrik’s good standing with some affiliates here – it’s obvious that his standing in the company is not high enough to get things done …. and so this enough for me to knock Hot Pepper off the list of suitable partners.

InactiveI have been a Hot Pepper affiliate for quite some time and I can honestly say I’ve not ever had a problem that wasn’t quickly resolved, past or present. The only complaint I have is that I haven’t been paid the last 2 months commissions…lol Payments in the past were always on time and I am sure they are undergoing some necessary changes and Cedric is working on it.

InactiveWhy would you go on 3 more months with something if someone backed out of the deal? People do back out for many reasons. That’s why people collect payments up front, or have a time frame for both parties to have what was agreed done, otherwise void, cancel, whatever.
I don’t really understand what the big deal is.

we were in “talks” about the deal during this 3 months.
before cedrik was there, jason was working to fix the situation.
then there was a change of affiliate management, and cedrik came in to the new position. i have known cedrik for a long time and thought that he would be able to correct the situation. unfortunately, he could not.i have learned over the years in this business, if it all possible, try to keep a business partnership going. if you are able to keep it going, it will be a good source of income for both parties for years to come. if you are quick to shut the door on the relationship, you are also quick to cut a revenue stream from you business model.
i only posted here becuase i wanted other affiliates to know, they did not honor a deal they made with me. take it for what it is worth.
i think enough has been said at this point. unless the bosses at hotpepper casino change their mind and decide to honor their agreement, it is time to move on with better casinos.

InactiveWell I would rather say what the company wanted me to say in this situation to keep my job. I am sure whatever has happened could be out of his hands so why would he cut off his own head? Dont kill the messenger…. God knows I have done that before
