I use https://www.latehosting.com/ for my UK and my German hosting

Been there about 2 years ,and not 1 complaint from me yet

Not country specific.
Just non-US or any other country that blocks gambling links.
Also, a host that allows monthly payments instead of having to sign up for a year at a time.
Around 5 GBP per month.

there many usa hosts( actually most allow) that allow gambling affiliate sites! most do not allow the actual poker room or casino !
