InactiveWe do not accept players from Holland and this is one of the few EU countries we ban. So I guess the way to inteprete that is that holland still hold a monpoly when it comes to gambling and it is to be respected. Interesting that most of the online gambling affiliate conferences are held in Holland as this is noe of the strictest countries when it comes to online gambling.

InactiveWell, as far as I’m aware there has been no change in the current dutch laws.. And there hasn’t been much news regarding goverment trying to sue operators or try to get affiliates (as this is illegal too) to pull their sites..
I think goverment still work in the background to keep the online gambling to a minimum, but it’s just seems like an impossible mission. With most operators accepting dutch players it’s almost impossible to sue all of them..
There is a sort of gambling commission set up recently.. Their task is to follow the online gambling and see that operators stop working on dutch markets.. However, it seems like another attempt that’s going to fail..
Oh and for all IRS and Goverments.. I’m not Dutch, no really.. I’m not!!
