That was a very well-written article. I consider myself really lucky that I got to spend a few minutes talking to Michael Corfman in Vegas last October during the CAC. He’s a very intelligent and well-spoken man, and a worthy spokesperson for the industry.
The article above really highlights just how cogent his arguments on this issue really are from a legal and policy standpoint too.
