Hi!
I promote CasinoClub, but send all US Traffic to Rushmore.
After a few month now, I can observe that if Rushmore gives my Players Zero or only a low Bonus, the money I get from them is ok(~800$),
But If Bonuses are high it eates up ALL MY Commission. For example last month all players deposited a few 1000$, most lost, but because of hugh bonus credited to my players, I even got a NEGATIVE balance.
I mean, statistically bonus payments have NO influence on my commission, because >90% of my players lose all their money, but strangely it might run in the following way:
1) Player deposits 400$
2) Player gets 400$ Bonus
3) Player loses his 400$
4) Player stops gambling and don’t care about his bonus and his account
5) The leftover 400$ BONUS COUNTS NEGATIVE for my COMMISSION6) Effect is that my commission is +400(player lost)-400$(leftover bonus)=ZERO. But in fact Rushmore got 400$ from the player.
I can only explain this phenomenon the way above. CasinoClub limits its bonus to 100€ for each depositor and I make about 1000$/month with them constantly, although my traffic is >60% from USA.
What do you think? Someone observing the same? Does anyone knows another US casino with a lower Bonus which gives me the same 35% Rushmore gives me. I don’t want to say Rushmore is bad or something, but I always think there must be something better out there.
Thanks a lot and sorry for Ben, don’t want to make negative Promotion for Rushmore. Perhaps you can limit Rushmore Bonus for my players or try to explain what happens indeed.
Cheers, Matt :hattip:

But I know there are some programs who are excessive with them thus negating your commissions, those you need to stay away from. Mainstreet and ClubWorld don’t play these kinds of games, Rushmore has been good in the past although this month I saw $2K in bonuses the first few days and not a red cent deposited. I would like to understand that one.

Hi all (BG)
ya fantasy money for them to excuse not paying you real commissions. That’s the biggest reason aside player disputes that I don’t promote any RTGs (but one and I only list it as service to players that are in the areas MGS won’t venture).
Kevin is exactly right in that you should find the RTGs that don’t abuse a bonus system ready-made to screw the aff.
I’m curious, if they give a player $400 because he deposited $400 … (according to their math) then you have earned $0.
Are you getting your commission then if they lose the total sum of $800? Or is the casino saying that since they gave that $400 to the player that you earned $0? … and that it doesn’t matter that the player still lost $400.
Do tell.
July 5, 2008 at 8:41 pm #772060AnonymousInactiveWhat up Steve, you will earn commission on whatever the net losses are, all deposits lost minus any bonuses given out. The problem with rtg casinos is that they give out so many manager bonuses, half the time the players don’t use them and its just sitting in their accounts. So we are taxed 35% out of our real money commissions to cover our end of the fantasy money given out, even though that fantasy money never left the door of the actual casino, we are still paying for it.
Its a bs system, but really all casinos tax you for bonuses given out, they just don’t run the bonus system as a gig like a few of the rogue rtg casinos do with their affiliates to negate commissions. Aside from Vegas Affiliates, Mainstreet and ClubUSA, both rtg programs are my best earners and they treat their players like gold, so you should consider adding them. Rushmore had ungodly conversion rates for me in the past, but I lost a lot of money on wasted traffic with their processing problems, so I am not sure if I want to get back into bed with them in a big way. But when things were rolling Rushmore was very good.

July 6, 2008 at 8:57 am #772068AnonymousInactiveperhaps a resolution that should be proposed to these casinos is to remove the bonus money from the player’s account after 30 days. i know a few micros actually implement this and remove the bonus if its not played through after 30 days or so. the same should be done by rtg.
this would make it a lot more fair than it currently is.

July 6, 2008 at 5:36 pm #772091wooMemberCould you perhaps propose a Boss Media Casino which takes players from USA ?? I’m not really sure if I will try to drop Rushmore and move to another US casino.
I think it is like you said, that lots of “virtual bonus money” is sitting in the players accounts. My players are people who have never gambled and 99% of them stop playing after 2 weeks. Therefore bonus money often sums up to the amount of lost money.
Cheers, Matt

July 7, 2008 at 2:43 pm #772171Cialis OnlineMemberHi Matt,
1. Bonuses are used to incentivize players. They attract people to the
casino and help with retention. This surely is a good thing for affiliates
and for players.2.Casino players/gamblers deposit money and are given bonuses, they see
credit in their accounts.3. The Psyche of a player is not to split the money mentally into two
sections, bonuses and deposits. If a player has $800 credit in his Rushmore
account, he or she plays with it and either wins or looses it all. Money
doesn’t sit around idly in peoples accounts.4. Revenue is Netwin – coupons/bonuses. Its as simple as that.
5. Lets not forget that an attractive sign up bonus can bring high rollers.
6. I checked all of your players and only one has $250 of a bonus in his account which he is still playing.
All the rest have 0.Thanks
Ben
August 15, 2008 at 2:22 pm #775722wooMemberI have observed Player and Bonuses over the time, and yes, it was my own stupidity There is nothing wrong with Rushmore Casino or my stats and Ben is right. I am sorry for that!
Kindest Regards,
