I just wanted to thank you for giving me my moderator powers back. I also wanted to say that I would never do anything to jepordize my status here as I do value CAP.

There is one thing that folks are asking me if I can assist with and that is getting those paid by CardSpike. Kaus has made the request and I said I’d ask. Do you have any information that I can give her?

Are there plans to pay those that are still owed money? We really need to get that issue out the way IMO.

Hi Robin,

I sincerely appreciate your message. You are more than welcome and I am sorry for pulling the trigger on this in the first place vs. just contacting you on MSN and discussing my concerns. I would like you to know that I have absolutely nothing against you personally as well.

In my statement (which will be issued by tomorrow latest), it will indeed confirm that I am fully resigning from EMG and divesting my shares in the business, which in turn means that I will have no say over CardSpike or control. CardSpike is now being fully managed by Cake Poker, so any affiliates with outstanding issues can e-mail Dustin Drews (dustin@cakepoker.com). I am sure Lou will work with Dustin to ensure all affiliates are paid their outstanding monies.

More than anyone else, I would like to get this issue resolved and behind everyone.

Hi Warren,

First let me say, being that I have never met or talked to you, it’s to bad that this had to be our first communication. I wanted to say that I would never do anything to hurt CAP as I want it to survive and thrive. I’ve tried to manage my temper and not get anyone upset with me like that one time as I know it was not good for me to do.

Is it okay if I post this information at GPWA or should I send it via PM to a few folks? I don’t want to mess up as I want to stay as low key as possible so I’ll wait for your reply. This will atleast take some of the pressure off you and Lou for what it’s worth, that is my goal.

Also I want to let Arjun know that I’m cool with him and I will not bring his name into anything in the future. I was just angry and hurt by not being told first because as I said, I’m loyal to GamTrak/myself first and would never do anything to jepordize my ethics or reputation and the way it went down made me look bad.

I always try to be honest and fair. I wish you the best of luck in what you do, but please know that Lou is my friend and although I still support him I would never do anything against CAP to help anyone and hurt myself. :hattip:

Hi Robin,

Since we are cool, I would like to kindly ask that my name be removed from posts made on other forums, or the statements are corrected that are accusing me of being responsible of banning Captain and Casinomeister, when I was in fact not responsible for these actions. I am actually not authorized to ban anyone, unless directed by Lou previously.

In particular, I am referring to the post about the captain located here http://www.gpwa.org/forum/professor-banned-cap-179404/p4.html where you stated “

Lou clearly stated here http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/allan-s-vacation.34078.html? that he was upset with the Captain and had put him on vacation.

Additionally, the meister being banned was something that I did NOT agree with, and before speaking to Lou I sent this PM to him trying to get to the bottom of because I truly did not believe that Lou had banned him and was hoping it was a tech error

Once again, i’d appreciate it if you could remove my name or correct the statements that you made at GPWA and other industry forums.

The edit feature is gone from that post, but I will ask Micheal to remove it for me. I asked Lou if he banned casinomeister and he said no and I believe that you did and if not then who is doing the banning?

The night that the Captain got banned you asked me to go post why he did so that is why I felt that it was true and is why I believed at that time what I said. It was not to be tell a lie or target you.

On another note, the night I asked you about the audit you blew me off when in the past you had taken time to reply and left me out to be thrown under the bus. Josh and Gabriel also gave me that impression as well as some of the folks here that made there little jabs.

I also asked you to delete a post in the poll section that went ignored so in my mind everything that I’ve said I believe to be true.

Finally, when you contacted me about this the other night and I asked you about my mod position you were very standoffish and didn’t seem supportive to me and after the way it went down I felt that no one wanted me here and I still fell that way, but it’s no biggie. :hattip:

Hi Robin,

Rather than addressing the points you mentioned and explaining in full detail why and how these things happened, and who was involved, i’d rather just say that I apologize and let’s just move forward positively. Thanks for your cooperation.

Robin, when you need things deleted in CAP you can tell me. I do this routinely for the last 8 years or so. Generally I will do it if someone said something in haste and wants it gone, or started a thread they didn’t mean to start.
