InactiveI cant say right now Prof. When I can, I will trust me.
The reason I’m not, is because you all would run and sign up and I want to make sure that if I get this position, that I would rightfully get the credit and if I can get a discount, that I would do that as well.
I also need to find out what casinos may be interested in this. The position I was offered was for the online and land based casino industry.August 27, 2004 at 6:41 pm #654036

vladcizsolMemberMany of us have wasted thousands of dollars on PPC search engines with poor or non existant traffic. The clicks garnered from these are not real visitors but are generated by cgi scripts or via third world sweat shops. There are numerous posts and news articles about this here at CAP. You can do a search or just do some casual study down in our PPC forums.
Kanoodle, ePilot, Xuppa, Search123, Pageseaker, Searchfeed and a host of others provide essentially zero ROI for purchasers.
Lycos’ PPC traffic is administered by Findwhat . While Findwhat still accepts Online Gambling Keywords, Lycos does not. I have had accounts with both for years as have most seasoned webmasters.
Findhwhat is the third largest paid search provider online While their traffic does not produce sales as well as Overture or Google Ad Words they are certainly far more worthwhile then 99% of the others.

How did you get that picture of me on a bad hair day???

InactiveCaligirl,
I know you mean well and they sell a good spiel.
I have a friend, with accounting background, who painstakingly went over their records for weeks after a bad deal and never caught where the problem was – it all seemed legit on paper.
I even saw a nice and believable demonstration by them at a conference.
For most of us the mention of kanoddle causes this:

InactiveKanoodle is not a very good prospect.
I hate to say it, but the traffic I’ve received from Findwhat.com lately is just about as bad. .

InactiveI hate to say it, but gambling webmasters should essentially give up on PPC.

InactiveI’ve given up on just about all of them, but I’ve got a couple that still perform very well for me.

Inactive:shooter: Kanoodle
Kanoodle was my first attempt at PPC marketing. As a result I stick to getting high results in the free listings.
The only “deal” that would bring webmasters back would be proof that they produce real traffic.

InactiveGoclick is also a waste of money.
Lots of clicks – seems like there their traffic is “active” (clicks, bookmarks, visits from landing pages to sites), but zero, nada ROI (last profit: -$500…)
It’s essentialy because Goclick attracts only non targeted surfers. Searches are also suggested from the publishers to the visitors on sites that have nothing to do with gambling (plus lots of webmasters clicking their ads and faking real, quality visits), so in this perspective…
