InactiveYah this was all over the news yesterday – most of the seemingly “informed” people were saying there was no way this could be true. Most said we are too thinned out and would get our asses kicked.
I agree – Iran is no Iraq and if these rumors held any amount of truth we are in for a very very rough time to come.

InactiveIt’s part of the “axis of evil”.
He will go to war with the entire “axis of evil” if allowed to do so.
It will completely ruin the US.

InactiveHere are some people he will definetly keep in mind:
Among the dozens of $250,000 donors are Home Depot, Bank of America Corp., Bristol-Myers Squibb and Ford Motor Co. Kevin Sheridan, a spokesman for the committee, said the fund-raisers were confident they would reach their goals. Sales of inaugural memorabilia, another source of revenue, have been even better than in 2001, he said.
40+ million dollar inauguration party…. in a time of war and world wide natural disasters.
This is sickening.
We’re going to San Fran, CA on the 20th for a protest… anyone down there wanna get together?
We can leave as early as tonight … if want to get together before the demonstration.

InactiveI wish I could.
Last time I demonstrated in San Francisco it was against the Vietnam war…
If I had had a lot more notice I would have made it happen – I LOVE San Francisco. No other city like it in the world.
I’ll be with you in my thoughts….

GuestI can’t think of anything to say about this.
It’s just too horrible.
It’s very very scarey.
My tummy hurts.I’d go to San Fransisco to protest, but I’m Canadian, and it wouldn’t do me any good to get arrested down there – I don’t think I would have any rights at all.

InactiveI’ll try to snap some photos …
And I’ll stay away from the front lines …
I should have thought of this earlier Dom, we could have car-pooled.

GuestBernie,
Don’t get clubbed by the Brownshirts.Yah this was all over the news yesterday – most of the seemingly “informed” people were saying there was no way this could be true. Most said we are too thinned out and would get our asses kicked.
I remember this 2 years ago before they went into Iraq. I was stunned that it was actually happening.
