Can someone tell me what this error may mean on installation of webpress and what is the fix?
Fatal error: main() URL=”http://gamblinggirlblog.com/wp-admin/function.require”%5Dfunction.require%5B/URL: Failed opening required ‘../wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php’) in /homepages/11/d253572954/htdocs/wp-admin/install.php on line 4

it means that wordpress cannot find that file at that given path. /usr/blah

I’ve had similar errors with my WP install. Try re-installing.

1. Make sure the FTP client is transferring files in binary mode

2. Make sure all files are uploaded, check for errors.

Those are my only suggestions.

I did as you suggested and also created a new database…..finally got it going.
