Inactivewas odd, but once I posted to this forum within 30 minutes I was contacted by e-mail. Still no one has called me directly which I have requested over and over many times.

InactiveI tried requesting a phone call once. About 8 months to a year ago. I asked repeatedly, but no phone call and the emails were hit and miss.

InactiveThis group is very slow with support. It takes on average 3-4 weeks to get a response via email if you get one at all.
They also to my knowledge have not updated their banner selection in over a year. :devil:

InactiveYeah, they are not what they used to be.
Still, they usually answer if you post in their forum.

InactiveThey also usually sort any issues out . I have in a previous lifetime worked for them and do feel for their affiliate team . Please dont ask questions – suffice to say that they work under very difficult conditions and do a very good job . The difficulty is not a financial one btw
I have been promoting them for years and have always been paid – true hardly ever on time but i get paid unlike some other places i can think about .
Some places also do not like to be contacted by phone or hand out telephone numbers but if you do have an issue and give them your number i think that they should be calling you though – If you are reading this VA take note guys.
Max has always sorted me out – i dont know the new guy yet but things do seem to be on the up there .

InactiveVA Aff manager Kamiel told us (on GPWA )several days ago that she would be out of office. She had to fly back to South Africa to deal with a family emergency.
Her email is kamiel [at] vegasaffiliates.com. She will try to reply all emails, but don’t worry her responses will be delayed.

LucretiaMemberI have got some stats problems with VA. More clicks as in my counter report than from the VA stats.
Anyone having the same problem ?

We were aware of the issue with clicks, and the problem has been resolved. We have run a number of tests on our side after implementing the fix, with positive results. Please let me know if the problem persists, such that we can investigate further.
I would also appreciate it if any other affiliates, who see problems with the stats, could let me know via email at: [email protected]

Would hate for an affiliate who has never met me before, expecting to see a good looking woman at a conference, ending up seeing my ugly mug and being disappointed
