    absolutely not. Search engines hate frames. My advise is not to use them. You won´t find one successful site on here using frames.

    Hi Casinotime,

    You can add text below where the frame loads the second page. You can write a whole page around the frame if you want.

    No, it’s not SE friendly. If you really, really must use frames try to write both pages so that they make sense individually – the page that’s supposed to be in the frame could be accessed on it’s own, not through the page with the frame.

    At least, that’s my understanding of it. Hope that helps.
