    Well I think [4.6 License to use Marks] of the terms and conditions might permit you to use those domains in conjunction with promotion of their casino; but I didnt review the entirity of the terms. Some programs strictly forbid affiliates to use such domains.

    Also you said it was a very cheap $600; that sounds reasonable to me. I’d take the cash and hand over the names. What were you thinking?

    I had a situation like this, with a major poker room. They played much harder ball, locked up my affiliate account and started procedings. It was a bluff and they got nice when I said I would play ball and give them the domain (for free). after the domain was transfered they opened my affiliate account and paid me my earnings for the time I was locked out.

    it’s a bluff. You may have a harder time finding affliates if you play hardball with them. But I cant see a Panamanian company comming to the US, especially under our current atmosphere (when it comes to online gambling) and try to sue an American citizen.
