I am good writer and most of my content is written by myself. Especially, I am good in all so-called soft-gambling topics, and roulette. However, I am going to hire good writers for the future articles about poker, rummy, and some sports betting articles.
I assume that you are going to develop sports betting site in the language different than English. Translating is not a good option. Person who translate should have knowledge about the translated topic.
Try to write the basic articles by yourself. then you will see how you doing.

I will develop it in english, but my english is very poor to write content (by)myself .
I have seen some content writing offers here, in GPWA’s forum, in Odesk, in Freelancer and even in Fiverr for 5 usd, but I am not sure…..copyright,quality…..
I don’d want to make mistakes and have my site banned in his first month (or days) of life by BIG GOOGLE:D. The first step always is difficult, then will be easier (I hope)))))).

I do not recommend using Fiverr for such niche topics like sports betting, unless you hire someone with good knowledge about it, which is very rare.
If you buy writing services, always check article with grammar issues, re-write few sentences, and add some more content (by yourself), in order to make this article very unique.
Add also some unique photos as addition to this article. This will make your page more unique and natural.
… and do not use big banners. Instead use text links (with title) which works much better nowadays.
