InactiveIf you want to learn about everything, then you’re in the right place.
I’ll tell you what I did when I got started. I read just about every post on this board from the day it started moving forward. When I finished I had an “ah-ha” moment.
I’m still having “ah-ha” moments. More of them all the time. The more you learn, the more you learn. Poker players know exactly what I’m getting at here.
As far as poker programs go, I’d recommend Party Poker over almost all others, but I’ve also been pleased with my results from Ultimate Bet through Income Access.
Good luck, and welcome aboard!

InactiveWelcome ceegreen, :wavey:
The first thing you need to consider is that like any other business, it will take a while to build before you start to realize much in the way of profits.
In other words . . don’t quit your day job just yet. :hehe:
I think most of us were in the position of not seeing a whole lot in the way of $$$ for at least the first 9 to 12 months.
I agree with Randy in that Party Poker is one of the better Poker programs. Just be sure to read the T&C before joining any program, and ask questions of the affiliate manager if you are confused about anything.
Many poker programs do NOT pay for tournament play. Be careful not to promote these programs heavily, only to find out later you have attracted a bunch of players who are all playing in tournaments and you are making squat!
Other than that . . get in there and go for it!
Good Luck to you!

InactiveTo add to what LasVegasLady said, Party Poker DOES pay commissions on tournament play.

InactiveHello LasVegasLady and Randy,
Thank you so much for the quick reply and the nice welcome.
I know I’ve come to the right place.I wouldn’t have thought a year ago I would be joining forums,
buying domains, learning all about on-line gambling and starting
an on-line business. Whew. One thing just leading to another.I’m so serious about this I’m taking a few business classes and
English classes. I would like to do well and make a decent
impression. I don’t mind putting in the time and effort.I’m looking forward to being a member and hope that I will
be able to contribute to the forum any info that I can to help
another member. Thanks for the support . I’ll keep you guys posted as to my
progress. Have a good night.ceegreen
