Cmon lets hear it, there’s a story in there somewhere
I have had nothing but trouble with these guys, i can’t even login to my account, actually, i have never been able to login to my account, but at least they managed to extract my private banking details on the sign up page.
Hang an “Out To Lunch” sign on their e-mail response team

I am sure Pierrick will reply on Monday…
July 26, 2005 at 9:59 am #669290AnonymousInactiveHi Nick777,
If you havent been able to login to your account, its very likely that your application was never accepted by our casino partners in the first place.
If this is the case, you must have received an automatic email notification about this.
Please PM or email me at info@vegasaffiliates.com with your name or Vegas Affiliates id
(well anything that would help me finding you in our DB, really) and I will check this out for you.As for banking details, this is the way our application system works:
you need to submit your details in order for your application to be reviewed.
Getting your banking details allows us to pay commissions.
Should you wish me to do so, I will remove your personal and banking details from our database. As for the email response issue you raised, I personally overlook all incoming email correspondence to Vegas Affiliates, and we adhere to a strict policy in terms of email response time, as other VA members can testify. Please PM or email me specific examples and I will investigate why the emails were not replied to in time.
Thanks in advance.

It is likely that my application was not accepted, although i was never informed of this. Interesting that i have affiliate accounts with 25+ of the CAP programs here, are your standards higher than everyone else’s here, did you not find any of my 30+ websites suitable for your product.
As far as your procedure goes, you should request banking info if you plan on using it, after you have accepted someone to your program.
Really, it’s no big deal, putting up a link to Colosseum Poker is not something that’s going to change my life dramatically, but i will send you my info anyway because i would like a link for it.
July 27, 2005 at 6:15 pm #669359AnonymousInactiveHi Nick777,
Let me address the issues one by one:
cant login:
As mentioned to you, I found your affiliates account with the details you provided me with by email. As I suspected, your application was indeed rejected at the time as the website submitted was not deemed suitable by our casino partners. This explains why you couldnt login.Application rejected automatic email not received
According to our correspondence records, the email was sent on thursday 04/11/2004 (9:11am GMT), to the email address you registered with us (we received no “undeliverable” notification following this sending). I have sent that email to your email address again a couple of minutes ago.application review procedure
We do admit that the Vegas VIP Lounge group has high standards in terms of website design and suitability. Whether an application has been accepted by other casino affiliate programs is not relevant to us when reviewing a website. As specified in our terms and conditions, it is entirely up to the casino to decide whether they want their properties associated with any specific website through affiliate marketing.
Also, we have no way to know what other property you operate at the time of the application. The application was rejected solely upon review of the submitted website, as this is the only one of your properties we knew about..banking details
We think that getting all info (personal and banking) at once makes the registration process easier…I guess we are not the only casino affiliate program proceeding this way. We made major changes to our program in the past few months based on affiliates feedback, but the issue wasnt raised and therefore not addressed. Once again, we are very willing to delete all records entered on registration on email or phone request, no problem with that.Hope that clarifies the situation

With regards to the banking, i prefer a pay by cheque option, and then i can change it later to neteller, once i’m sure money will be coming in consistently, i don’t like giving out my bank account numbers to strangers over the internet, as well, neteller has been nothing but a pain in the ass, constantly locking my account because they believe people who were not me, were trying to access it.
At least you’re not as bad as Victor Chandler, they are by far the worst, insisting on having private banking details from my bank, that even i don’t know.
Anyways, i’m satisfied with the response from Pierrick, it’s possible that an e-mail was sent back in 2004, but i have no record of it, when my smtl mail server goes down, all my e-mails are lost, and those waiting to be received are deleted, and this was a problem i had in the past with my e-mail service.
Thanks for the answers
