Eurogrand’s marketing is run by CPAYS which is connected to WILLIAM HILL AFFILIATE program (CPAYS will be running this shortly) and WEBROUTESERVICES (the UK arm of CPAYS).

Splinterfree is right – don’t touch. Even if you DO get commissions showing up on your Playtech backend interface you’ll not get paid or if you do get paid you’ll get paid based on some ridiculous conditionality. Everyone here has been burned by CPAYS and if they haven’t they will be. I always get optimistic when a new account manager shows up and promises a “fresh start” and “commissions will be paid” but the promises are always empty, no fault of the individuals, but rather of the bankrupt organisation.

Hi guys – just a lilttle clarification.

Webroute Services is not the UK arm of CPays. Webroute Services, William Hill and Cpays are separate companies in their own right.

However, due to a $1 billion Joint Venture announced in late October, all 3 companies are part of a merger that will mean CPays as a company will cease to exist in the new year, as will Webroute services. All companies are being bought under one umbrella – William Hill Online, and all Cpays brands, Webroute Brands and William Hill will be promoted under one affiliate interface system. William Hill Online will become the largest online gaming company in the world.

The structure is still being finalised as to who does what and where, but from what I understand all UK marketing for all the brands will be handled in the UK, and all European/Rest of World Marketing will be handled from Israel.

Should anyone be interested in promoting *any* of these brands then please contact me and I will do my best to help! 2009 is going to be a very exciting year for all of us!

If that’s the corporate structure then I stand corrected but it doesnt detract from the fact that the core organisation and values of Cpays are flawed, and that there is active policy of not paying out on commisisons earned.

I don’t want to bash CPAYS, its just that they’ve burned bridges so many times. Again, its nothing to do with individuals who work there, who individually are probably very nice, its the organisation that is at fault.

The fact that William Hill Online, a brand with enormous brand equity would get involved with Cpays is beyond me, but then its not my problem, the problem will lie with the shareholders of William Hill who will see their brand equity being eroded.

Anyway that was all I had to say about CPAYs and if you do decide to work with, or for them, I hope they work out for you.

    Cheers Scotland

Its not the corporate structure *yet*, but it will be as from the early part of the New Year.

The Webroute = Cpays issue has hung over us at Webroute for about a year now, so it nothing that I am not used to! However, when the JV is all worked out I am certain that everyone will benefit – William Hill will have a world class online presence and Affiliate Program to complement their 2300 UK stores, Affiliates will have the option of promoting any of the 16 brands in the JV with one log in and one tracking interface and players will benefit from greater co-ordination of promotions and our ability to utilise the best parts of the exisitng brands as we improve the player experience – for example we will be able to provide Bingo, Casino, Poker and Sportsbook under an integrated wallet for a brand.

PLus – if people want to, they can be Account Managed by three of the most friendly Affiliate Managers in the industry, all of whom are London based!

If you wish to promote Bingo, then you need to speak to Jamie Rosen ([email protected])

If you wish to promote Poker, then Josh green is your man ([email protected])

And if you wish to promote Casino, then you need to speak to me and my details are below!

    Take care!
