I remember she suffered a terrible loss in her family a few months ago. That has probably led to this absence.
Yes she told me that.
But about 2 weeks ago she said she’s ready to write again for me.
But since then I heard nothing of her no more.
She doesn’t answer the phone, too.Same here. Did let her know that in light of her tragedy, she could take the time she needs – but have not heard anything since.
Hope she is OK! If anybody does get hold of her.. please let us know how she is doing.
I can personally atest that after a loss like that or a serious illness the last thing to come back is the creative juices.
Even though you are functional much sooner, when you have to sit and compose your mind wanders and you have writers block. She probably WANTS to start writing again but it may be a little while longer before she actually CAN.
She’s contacted me yesterday and is looking forward to write.
She has trouble with her internet connection.
