Inactivei reckon step #2 is wishfull thinking prof. hehe. i just came back from a mind bashing exercies. my conclusion is that ozzies know how to party at festivals.
they had this “thing” at the bondi beach hill which was a massive concert with underworld performing. i suppose it would have been better if i was on heroin or something, as underworld tend to be a bit trippy. and yes, for the nye theme, it was “born trippy”.
very fucking authentic for $150 entrance. and the top dj also cancelled out for the night.
australia is over-rated. its cazzoooo-land!
linky link with all the drunken pictures
p.s. at some point i even drank “slate”. techincally you should get local citizenship after drinking that. every bit of my body revolted in shakes. i fuckin dare you for the next CAP event!

Yes Alex, I accepted your request and was looking for ya! :hattip: I’m sort of glad that I did not see you as I created a room, but found out that I need more practice after fighting with the other folks online! I got my butt kicked each time! hehe :roflmao:

InactiveHappy New Year to everyone.
Hubby and me normally prefer to stay at home on the 31st but we were co erced into going to a “Hobo Party” and were glad we did in the end as it was a lot of fun.
The best part was dressing down and not up for a change!
It was a traditional South African “braai” at some good friends of ours who we have known for 23 years . It was good music, good entertainment, good food and drink so we had no complaints. The heavens opened up at about 11pm so there was no chance of fireworks at 12 as the thunder and lightening was too loud.
I was secretly kind of glad though, because pets always get so traumatised with fireworks, which are actually banned in most residential areas in SA.We got home at 1.30am but driving on the roads wasn’t much fun contending with the rain and drunken drivers…

Sounds like Shore Thing..
I did that a couple of years ago when the top act for the night was Basement Jaxx.. and let me tell you, they didn’t disappoint. I was very impressed.. One of the best concerts I’ve been to..
I had tickets the year before for Fat Boy Slim too, however my significant other at the time wanted to do Field Day on NYD instead, which i was pissed about… FIeld Day sucked royally..
This year I spent 4 days down in Melbourne and New Year’s Eve at a house party with Schalk and his mates.. Was a great party, great people and I would say I was about this close [ ] to being Profs pick #4…
Good times

Happy new year everyone!
