It’s a pretty solid plan. You are getting a steal of a deal on link building services. Make sure your Indian friend doesn’t do anything fishy that will get you in trouble with the search engines. If he is willing to work at that rate and you get quality links, you will be making out great.
The only thing that seems off is your plan to only spend 2 hours per day on this business. Perhaps with the amount of outsourcing your are doing it is reasonable, but you may want to be prepared for spending quite a bit more than that, especially in the beginning to get everything rolling smoothly.

He does a very good job, specially when he has woked for only $2.00 an hour. Not trying to be cheap, however, the guy actually was in desperate need of work up there in India and started working for a past business that I recently sold on Ebay. I found such talent on:

As a still amateur learner and NOT professional internet gambling worker, I questiom myself if I should temporarely skip the link building process and leave such budget($200.00 of link building) to advertising campaigns.

Sounds like a plan to me.
Of course some of the success will depend on the SEO for your site, and I think you are in for a lot more hours than you think on that alone.
