My sincere apologies for the late response, here with some feedback regarding the negative carry over rules, i do hope this clears things up for you! :highflyer
1) Do you carry over negative balance? NO, unless a special arrangement has been made with the Affiliate in writing.
2) Is the winning player removed from the account? NO
3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement? NO.
4) Any restriction? NO
