I have been a bit buried and yesterday’s mail took a while to be responded to but I did that this morning

Just so everyone knows what’s up: There was a player that was incorrectly comped, then comped again then we had to remove the money out of the player account through and admin process. What this did was it affected the affiliate stats negatively, but I manually processed the payment so the payment is correct.
The positive outcome here is that it is literally impossible for us to adjust the player account in the way we wanted to for it to have shown the correct affiliate figures – further cementing the fact that we cannot adjust figures and that what happens is a 100% true reflection of activity in your account

So, after a month of moaning at mgs and proving to them our error that caused the problem, it looks like there is light and the issue should be resolved shortly…

Guestsorted – you will see the adjusted figure in your stats and you will receive all that is due this month to sort it out – this was an isolated issue

Your payment was made last month though? I will send a mail shortly to you about this all as well

Thank you for all your time on this matter. The stats are correct, Neteller transferred the payment to my current account and my details have been corrected on the G3 site. Ahh, I can sleep well tonight on this last day of the month. Kudos to you!
