I rank 2nd (and have for a long time) on Google for Casino Grand Bay, Grand Bay Casino, 5th for Jupiter Club, and 2nd for Jupiter Club Casino.

2nd on Live for Jupiter Club Casino and Casino Grand Bay.

Those are the only two I promote[d]. I haven’t had a chance to get on it yet (actual work getting in the way), but I’ll be updating these pages as soon as I determine the best method to alter the pages and not lose the rankings.

Just shows us how easy it is to turn that switch on and off on affiliates. If a player is making an affiliate too much money time to turn that switch off on that player etc. This has really shaken my trust in this whole industry to be honest. I never thought the day would come when a Microgaming would be the first to pull this sort of stunt.

It would be interesting to know what Microgaming and the Microgaming casinos thinks about this – it could be yet another reason to phase out Microgaming…

We have added Kasino King’s link and will get to Bonus Paradise and Online Players today Dom. I don’t like that none of the other MG managers are not saying a word about this, if one of my competitors pulled a stunt like this I would sure be voicing my outrage and assuring my business partners they had no worries.

Here is a short statement from senior management at Grand Prive/ Villa Fortuna outlining why they believe they are within their rights to stop paying affiliates for the players we sent them.

I am shocked at this stance and even more shocked that they say many of their largest affiliates are fine with this and have already migrated over to Villa Fortuna. Shame on the affiliates that throw all ethics out the window and work with this rogue!

    Quote:
I realize that there is some confusion and frustration surrounding the decision to close the affiliate wing of the GrandPrive.com group.

The reality is that the increasingly difficult trading conditions in the United States, coupled with Microgaming’s decision to halt any NEW registrations from US-based players, has led to GrandPrivé Affiliates not being able to sustain itself as a viable business unit. It makes no commercial sense to GrandPrive.com to keep that business unit open if it’s not profitable and not fulfilling its corporate mandate.

We received notification of this decision from GrandPrive.com and within 24 hours communicated this decision to close GrandPrivé Affiliates (not the casinos) to it’s affiliates. We then timeously, and on two separate occasions again communicated this to the Grand Prive affiliates. Grand Prive Affiliate’s also clearly communicated that all affiliates will receive any monies due to them when the last payments were made, early December. That was duly done as promised.

The Terms and Conditions , under the “Termination” clause states: “The term of this Agreement will begin when the applicant completes an application form and accepts the terms and conditions herein and will continue until either party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in which case this Agreement will be terminated immediately.

TERMINATION IS AT WILL, FOR ANY REASON, BY EITHER PARTY. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail is considered a written and immediate form of notification.”

Grand Privé Affiliates has acted responsibly and within the rights afforded by the Terms and Conditions. Grand Privé Affiliates has also given ample warning of its intentions to close GrandPrivé Affiliates on 1 December 2008.

Grand Privé casinos, however, remain open.

To move on to the issues surrounding Villa Fortuna Casino.

Please note that Grand Prive.com do not own this casino and that this is not a rebranding exercise. The situation is that we manage the Villa Fortuna Affiliate Program in terms of a partnership agreement with a European company.

We believe that future growth lies in Europe (Villa Fortuna Casino does not accept any bets from US-based players) and have encouraged all affiliates that we have a good relationship with and whom have a non US focused business to join Villa Fortuna Affiliates. Fortunately we have had a good response so far and most of our trusted affiliates have joined, and are already starting to deliver players and earn money.

We would appreciate your support in encouraging other affiliates to follow, and look forward to working together with familiar old faces (and hopefully some new ones) to build a reputable and solid business in an affable jurisdiction.

I trust this answers your questions and clarifies the situation.

They are pulled from everywhere, and I am blacklisting them everywhere.

I built a player base so both the casinos and I can make money. They up and stole my percentage of the player base proceeds. It so happens that many of the players I sent years ago are still there making the casino a nice profit.

Why would anyone want to build a player base for a casino under these conditions?

It’s a losing proposition for affiliates. And, if they screw affiliates out of rightfully earned $, who says players aren’t next?

The discontinuation of the contract rule applies to continued affiliation, not to payment of monies owed.

What a Joke. I can’t see why ANYONE would want to promote Fortuna. Why? Build them up a big fat clientelle so they can then close that affiliate account??????? They are crooks plain and simple!

Desparation is one nice word, but I can think of others.

I’m basically done with this situation. I’ll continue to blacklist them and help where I can in that effort, but I will never place a banner on my site for them and will not respect any site that has one of their brands on it.

I added a warning and most of the links here to my site:

    Vegasguy´s Casino Portal

    From GP statement:

Grand Prive Affiliate’s also clearly communicated that all affiliates will receive any monies due to them when the last payments were made, early December. That was duly done as promised.

This is not the truth, I have not recieved my carried over commissions!
Emails about this issue remain unanswered so far.

    Exactly what I said too
if Grand Prive already did that to us
why should we send any players to villa fortuna
just that they then come up again with something to screw us.

btw, when we finally got links to promote villa fortuna
I added them on all sites and I brought in a few players,
well, then all system was down, my players disappeared
I been told , we so sorry, its fixed now but the players cannot be tracked back

So, I do not need to say more
    I just tired of them

to the statement of the Grand Prive senior managment
I do not find the words now in english to express,
    in german I say,
Das sind Geschäftsmethoden aus der untersten Schublade
    einfach eine bodenlose Frechheit!

    Vegasguy I have added you
    thank you :hattip:
