Miles came to me with a offer to promote on my sites the other day and I agreed to do this(against my own better judgement), it was $10 free for new players from my banner, so I went with it only to get feedback this am that tells me that infact they are not considered new players at all if they have at least 1 previous account at any casinos in the entire group!
So for an example we send someone to Bella and they download, open an account and deposit, I will get credit for that BUT since they use the 1 login for ALL the casinos in the group, if that same player happens to see inside the casino an icon for Grandbay(and they will or the casino will be sure to email the player about the other casinos in the group) they then go download Grandbay login with the same id as Bella and deposit you DO NOT get credited for this!!
It is bad enough for us affiliates in this industry now we are having players stollen from us in this manner and I a just really pissed off right now…lol I confronted Irwin this am and he quickly logged off msn chat so I called him and he stuttered a few times and said he will go to higher management onb Monday to see what can be done about this……
Yeah they pretty much have 1 casino now with skins.. i used to make good money from them before they did that crap.

I am not quite sure why they are making such poor decisions over the last year?Now I can put up with all the stats glitches and such, but this is really bad.
They should be listed as non-affiliate friendly for that!
Yes, Dom I agree and I get along really well with Irwin but this is a matter of business and friendship just can’t get in the way here. This is just out right stealing, and the old excuse of … “I have to send a request into Microgaming for confirmation” is just really getting old. Seems to me GP loves to push the blame off on Microgaming for every issue that arrises.
