I think it’s my turn this month to have reports showing all 0’s ! :roflmao:

i dont find that funny at all
i dont see the sense in promoting them soon no more
it takes away all my motivation to see only zerosohhh
and last month
i had over 8 k in purchases
and 0,00 in earnings
hmmmmmmmmi had over 8 k in purchases
and 0,00 in earningskinda speaks for itself.
ouch!
maybe you had a big winner but if so … you should be seeing the fruits of that labor this month as almost all winners give it back.

Stats seem to be forever down, and this new program is the top of the line from Microgaming itself, I am so impressed …NOT!!!
I can say I haven’t had a problem with stats until the last few days….but one would think Micro would offer a better system.
Are those down stats holding up payments for July?
I haven’t had a problem with the stats myself. I sure hope they are holding for July but, guess we won’t know till we get paid. BTW, isn’t today, Pay Day? Has anyone been paid for July, yet?

GordonI’m still not having any joy with being able to view my stats online.
The really annoying thing is that straight away when I click on the button to get a report it ALWAYS says (after about a second) that my report cannot be retrieved – please try again later.. the same as it’s been saying now for MONTHS!!!
Gordon did send me my stats via email AND I have been paid (by Neteller) so far for July – which is something..
BUT the big issue here still is – WHERE’S MY ONLINE STATS!!??????
Gordon, this is REALLY RIDICULOUS – and whilst I’m sure you’ll agree with me – all I want is my stats working!
Despite most others agreeing that you should bring back the old Referspot stats so we can at least see something, you’ve already said NO to that – because Grand Prive is ‘on the up’ … how exactly do you qualify that statement – IT DOESN’T WORK!!
Maybe if we ALL ‘went on strike’ (LOL) (removed/disabled all Grand Prive banners) they’d listen up and do something – I seriously cannot believe that this is taking so long to iron out – it’s just making me more and more suspicious that this isn’t a simple ‘fix’ – but perhaps more a ‘big fix’ possibly deciding which players will be tracked for me still and which won’t..
I think this is about 3? months now??
Are we going to have to wait 3 years (like we did for this ‘new – fantastic’ site that doesn’t actually work) for it to be fixed?
It’s very very difficult to feel positive about something that doesn’t work – and for me, 99% of the time has never worked…

I too have yet to see one accurate statistic and continue to not only have no luck with the website but commission has dropped extremely aka 0.
But then again after the ordeals and occurences I have had playing myself at grand prive I would not blame poeople for not wanting to play with them any ways
