InactiveThis might not be bad. Someone watches poker on tv for 5 hours and has no where to try it out for real… except to head to the computer in the bedroom.
This might actually boost sales. Hyprocrisy? All the way.

vladcizsolMemberI think its a great idea. I know that after I watch the World Poker Tour on the Travel Channel I often get fired up and come play for an hour or two at Party Poker after the shows.

InactiveYes I TOTALLY agree I think this is a good thing …
Get it seen by as many people as possible on as many channels as possible! Its bound to give some of us a few more hits and a few more dollars.
Plus it will make more and more interested online gamblers aware of whats going on.
I’ll admit the travel channel and espn are prime reasons why I started my poker sites – heh.

InactiveI wonder if they would consider having a dedicated segment to online gambling or online poker. Maybe once a week or so.
If the software suppliers were smart they would also contact one another to have an educational show, outlining how safe internet gambling is. Part 1 could deal with 128 bit security and guaranteed privacy. Another could deal with random number generators, and a last could deal with licensing. It would take away from myth that casinos are rogue and offer unfair odds all powered by terrorist organizations. Knowledge and education are powerful.
Talking about terrorism… i read an article that was claiming online pharmacies were also fun by terrorists…what a joke.

InactiveExcellent ideas … I agree that online casinos have a lot to gain by putting something together.
It seems anything the gov doesnt agree with these days is connected to terror – they figure americans will jump on the bandwagon quicker that way.
