I had the same problem and found the perfect solution.
First I deleted all the different chat programs that I have tried – then moved over to using only email :tongue:
Since then, everything runs smoothly and suddenly found that from somewhere I have more time

Unfortunately I dont have that option… some affiliates would rather chat and others emails bounce all the time (like one affiliate i’m trying to reach at the moment – so frustrating)…
If anyone has any great ideas, please post them!
