I checked my google analytics account and it showed one click through for “casino” and “onlinecasino” how come when I check its not there. Do sites appear sometimes in well ranking kywords for an hour or so then are removed how does it work?
because somone most likly clicked your site on page 25 or something (so its prob from another webmaster)

can’t tell you the workings …….but I have often gotten hits on keywords that when I followed the tracking back to the google/yahoo etc page …… have not found my site listed.
more amazing (to me) is that I can’t find my site anywhere near that page my tracker took me too……… not even within like 4 or 5 pages further into the SEs results.
Now I figure this happens because they’re adjusting their algor’s and I just happened to have my site/page in the right place at right time.
which I think is probably right for the most part ….. but I also have had times where I’d get hits after having checked and not found my site. So go figure?
I just feel lucky to get anything at all. but then again …. that’s why I’ve been partnering up with SEer’s lately offering to write their content.
I can write credible articles much faster and more competently than can I figure out the why’s/logic of a SE. Too many rocket scientists trying to prove how “smart” they are for me to ever be tempted to keep up.
I’d rather leave that to someone else and write. ….. as all know …. I’m long winded so that’s my strength.
the reason and logic into SE results are rediculous in my eyes (for the most part).
don’t know about others but I often times have to go 3 or 4 pages deep to really find what I wanted to research. Now buying something ….. I usually just goi with the paid ads …. if seeking light bulbs …. you’ll get a more trustworthy deal/company by choosing a site that pays to be there. they’ll be there tomorrow too.

I get that once in awhile in my StatCounter reports. I never had the patience to go more than 2 pages both ways. I will email their support to see if they have any suggestions.

I just checked a page where I had bookmarked for having an article I wrote and it wasn’t there ….
silly me. ……. I bookmarked the page but didn’t add who the site belonged to …. and now I’m trying to figure all that out because I do expect a page to stay up once i write for it.
its a extra page that a person’s site otherwise wouldn’t have …… and all I ask is to put a standard size banner at the bottom ……. usually a CR or Brightshare casino banner.
so if you’ve got any kind of SEO ability (which I lack other than to know to put in the keywords a few times targeting the theme) …. its a win-win situation .. you get an extra page you otherwise wouldn’t have ….. I get a banner ….. on a site that if it proves to send traffic ….. that site can expect me to be sending plently of extra pages for them to get up and the site owner gets the best spots …. I just ask for a spot at the bottom of the article.

When you say you’ve checked in Google, how exactly have you checked – with Google.com, with Google.co.uk, with google.co.uk with the ‘Uk sites only’ option selected?
If I get an unusual hit, often it will have shown up in a search in a foreign language Google. I get quite a lot of traffic from SE Asian versions of Google and bits and bobs from eg Sweden. When I type in the relevant search term to that particular engine, I often find that I rank differently there to the .co.uk or .com Google results.
I’ve heard that it shouldn’t make a difference, but in some cases it clearly does.
Try analyzing your log files if you need to pinpoint an exact referring source.

It would have come from one of googles many servers, country specific, and server specific (etc google dance)
