Not me… what are you searching for? It could be that there are a bunch of sponsored results.
The other possibility (more likely) is that you (or someone who used your computer) changed the preferences to always show 30 results… click the Preferences link next to the search box and scroll to the bottom.

Settings not changed. But checked again and now it is only showing 10 results. Google is probably doing something. When I noticed the difference I checked several keywords and most of them came up with 30 results, but not all.
On some terms google shows mostly supplemental results and these are generally more limited in number. I think they are shaking out spam that way, using the supplemental index to contain many older and less ranked pages and then cleaning that up instead of messing with the main search.
They are working on something last 24 hours , one of my sites that is only 4 months old got 290 backlinks with last update , now it is set back to zero.i wouldnt be surprised if we see another pr update in next month.
