Hi guys,
As you may have now heard, this is my last week at 32Red Affiliates before I head off for pastures new.
It has been an absolute pleasure to have gotten to know and worked with so many of you at CAP over the last few years since we relaunched the 32Red Affiliates Programme and became certified here 2 years ago. Time certainly flies when you’re having fun and working hard!
Taking over from me is Aaron O’Sullivan, who will be available on CAP as Aaron@32Red and by email on affiliates@32red.com. Please drop him a line to give him a warm welcome and intoduce yourselves.
I am moving on to new challenges at another casino affiliate programme, so I will be back here in the very near future no doubt and will see you in London in January!

As Kate made you aware earlier, she’s moving on and sadly leaving us here at 32Red PLC. On behalf of myself and the company I’d like to take this opportunity to wish her the best of luck in the future and to introduce myself as the new e-gaming Marketing Manager, with mu principle responsibility lying chiefly with the affiliate programme.I have been in the gaming industry on and off since 1998. Most recently I have been SEO Manager for 32Red, improving the performance of our websites and products on the Internet. One of my priorities now is to introduce elements of SEO to the affiliate job and to augment your website, as well as ours.
Firstly though, I’d like to say “hi” and to stress that it’s very much business as usual in terms of being able to approach 32Red and to receive an immediate and professional response. More importantly, I will ensure that business and the relationship between the programme and yourselves remain strong, with fast, efficient payments, clear reporting and first-class support. In the long term, however, I plan to develop the affiliate programme, lending it a greater flexibility in both payout and services. The overriding concept will be to reward those who not only generate accounts and profit for 32Red but to develop each other’s website by providing fresh relevant content and sophisticated conversion tracking software.
Initially, the most important element to my new role will be to listen. All feedback is appreciated and, where applicable, reviewed and used constructively to improve our service to you. I want to hear your thoughts on questions like: “Where are we going wrong (if we are)?” “What do you like about our competitors?” “What’s missing and where could we improve?” Don’t hold back, this is your opportunity to make 32Red Affiliates the mutually beneficial service it can be.
