Did you sign up directly or through Tradal?

Did you read their restrictions – do they not allow Danes like many others? I haven’t read them, but it comes to mind.

If you have ascertained that the problem is not due to a restriction that is posted on the site, you can pm me and I’ll see what I can do.

Considering that there is an ad for empirepoker (managed by Tradal) on the homepage, I am assuming this is a Tradal site and not iGlobalmedia. iGlobalmedia, which runs PartyPoker, has always paid me and seems to be very accurate in regards to their statistics.

It is possible to promote this casino through either Tradal or Iglobal.

no they are two completely different companies, I do not think this is Iglobal site?

cgeld why do you think this is so? If not maybe you are sending your requests to the wrong casino?

Believe me guys, I know for sure.

It is an Iglobal site, and if you sign up through the site itself you are enrolled in the Iglobal program. If, however, Tradal contacts you and you sign up through them they will obviously manage you.

I signed for them long ago through Tradal but am switching to iglobal directly because I got tired of trying to deal with Tradal while I have a responsive contact at Iglobal.

“out of the frying pan and into the fire” seems appropriate though perhaps turned around.

Well, I have not done anything for goldenstars except list them and they have been a steady income – except for the time when Tradal didn’t pay me for almost a year and I ended up asking iglobal to help.

Got a nice payment all at once and fast. Since then I am not complaining, they do have a higher number of winners that most other places it seems, but still they do make a steady flow of income, which is more than others do with the same exposure. The exposure is minimal.
