InactiveHello All,
Isn’t West Virginia one of the 11 US states where lawmakers have placed a Ban on online gambling for its residents? Louisiana, New York, New Jersey, and Nevada are four other states that come to mind real quick.
Maybe GoldenStarNetwork is only complying with those state restrictions.

vladcizsolMemberIt’s confirmed 😡
Here is a Live Chat conversation I just had at Slots Royale
Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with ‘Tammy’
Tammy: Welcome to the Casino Support Desk. How can I help you?
Louis: Hello Tammy, I am interested in playing but I wanted to check first if people in Florida can play. I know some US states cant.
Louis: Hello Tammy?
Tammy: Unfortunately we no longer accept players residing in the US
Louis: Oh darn! It didnt say anything on the site, but I figured I better check first rather then download all the software.
Louis: Thanks anyway
Tammy: You are welcomeFebruary 13, 2007 at 11:31 pm #727186Anonymous

vladcizsolMemberGolden Riviera, River Nile, Slots Royale and Miami Paradise…
I was doing really well with them lately too. This is a real kick in the balls, but we should have expected this due to their association with Vegas Partner.

InactiveAs a result of the strict legislation recently passed in the US, there has been some uncertainty regarding available US payment options. As a consequence, we are reluctant to accept Registrations and Purchases from New US Players, only to be unable to pay these players in the event of a cashin.
In view of these circumstances, we believe that the only honorable option, is to no longer allow New Registrations from US players as well as to block credit card purchases. Our unfortunate failing, was to not promptly communicate this decision to our Affiliate partners; and for this we sincerely appologise.
We will continue to work towards growing our Affiliates in the Non US markets and have therefore brought out some exciting Free Play offerings, which we believe will make it easier to attract New Players from these markets.
Regards
