I think they would allow you to change it to another personal account but not a business account but even changing your bank details could take awhile because i received no response to the email i sent and just spoke to someone called Hung who was useless..

Don’t tell them it’s a business account. Just give them the account number. How would they know?

I didn’t have a problem changing accounts. It was not a business account, but that wouldn’t matter. You just have to go through a formal process with them to get it done.

Last year I changed from personal to business bank account without any problems. Just had to call and let them know the new info; it went very smoothly.

Yep i didn’t think it would be a problem to change my bank info to a business account, i’m not going to say it’s a business account now.

I went through months of frustration trying to have my US Bank account attached to my Neteller account. Because I already had an existing account in which my Neteller money was being used to wire to Neteller wouldn’t allow me to attach a new US bank account. Although I am not a US citizen they really did not satisfactorily explained why i couldn’t attach a new bank to my neteller account. This is even after I had conversations with their security manager. I received so many conflicting advice and emails from them that I gave up. Now Im in a ridiculous situation where if I want to deposit my US funds from Neteller into my US bank account I have to wire the money to my home bank account and then rewire them back to the US all costing me over $50 in fees. What a joke. If there was a more suitable alternative for me I would have closed my Neteller account ages ago.

I would not attach a bank account with Neteller. I live close to Canada and I am planning to get a Canadian bank account and use that account with Neteller. I used to withdraw all the money that I earn from this business with Neteller debit card but then I’ve realized that PULSE and STAR are owned and US operated and I’m sure they have a way to track your transactions down and report them ot the IRS. So yea….if you top dogs make $50k-100k + a month…..then get yourself a financial advisor and be prepare to pay the taxes. It’s safer that way.

They know the difference between a business account and a personal (account number). I had no trouble changing from my business account (which I closed) to my personal account.

I simply withdraw it as a cheque and then deposit into my business account.

It’s not worth the risk taking it out in cash and avoiding taxes.

I wanted to change from one of my bank account situated in my country to another bank account which is located in other country where I have a company. They said I cannot register a bank account to neteller which is not from the country where I live:banger: So I must transfer funds very elaborately to my company account which costs hundreds of $$$!

I don’t know why they have this stupid rule. If anyone manage to register foreign bank account with neteller please let us know how to do it.

If people are using neteller to evade tax then they deserve to be prosecuted for it. I pay a shed load of tax so why shouldn’t everyone else who trys to avoid it. Anyway i received an email back from neteller and all they wan’t is a bank statement copy emailing along with the new details and photo id.

I don’t know about everyone else, but I certainly don’t use Neteller to avoid paying taxes… however.. with all the recent going ons about banning online gambling and the penalties of promoting it, I certainly dont’ feel comfortable to pay taxes and voluntarily admit to the goverment that I’m one of those promoting online gambling. That’s scary.

    Hi,

I believe USA Banks are required to report any deposits $10k or more to the IRS automatically.

Although it maybe a bit of a process, PayPal does allows registering more than one financial institution. This may possible be a lower cost solution (vs. wire transfer) to moving funds to/from two banks ( of course one bank is registered with NETeller).

    Anyone ever look into it?

    Cheers
