InactiveI agree voovoo. Many aff managers are either too busy or they just don’t care. In any case this is business and should be conducted as such. For me if I spend the time sending out a email I expect to be responded to within 24 hours max. I will state this in my email if not I drop the program regardless. Now this is bit extreme, but this market is very fast paced. greek39

InactiveFor one thing, that’s what we have the forums at CAP for.
If you cannot get a private response, post there. It is one of the purposes of CAP to facilitate communication.
I think if a program doesn’t care enough to respond, and it’s not the weekend, and they are not at one of our functions, they don’t deserve to be promoted.
New affiliates should get the same attention as old, you never know who is going to be the next super affiliate.

InactiveI agree with the new affiliate idea, I would expect all programs to give them equal leverage. Just never know who you may be dealing with in the future.

InactiveI agree with everything Dominique said.
Voovoo — 7 weeks is ridiculous. I would try to collect your money (if they owe you any), and then I would promptly drop the program.

Guestabsa-frikken-lutely… all business owners and entrepreneurs are under stress to make decisions and base actions on answers, and need to know that they are not just another number.
I have been there and it sux, and I just took my business elsewhere – and most of the time to my benefit even though it took more effort – the arrogant or non-responsive suppliers just lost out – many times :clapper:
Anyway – i know how it feels to be screwed around – this is why I will never let anyone I deal with suffer the same fate – i know it hurts in more areas than the obvious…especially when starting out.
