I just got an email from Get21.com;
I regret to inform you that Get21 will cease its operations in the Tournament Blackjack game room as of July 15, 2007.
Anybody knows what happens to players now?
Will they be transfered to other platform?Thanks for posting this – we’d spent a bit of time with them – but really could not get enthusiastic about the product – either as an affiliate or player.
:sarcasm:The place was a ghost town – just 10-20 players when I checked on several occasions and no-one playing for anything more than a few cents per buy-in.
I know that there is a lot of effort going in to trying to tell people the MTT blackjack is the next big thing … but I just don’t think so.
There seemed to be nothing wrong with the software – the games played well enough and had no connection problems … but …
The format is just too static … and didn’t seem to gel.

I just checked – I’d just received this email too.I see they no longer certified here. Another one bites the dust.
thanks for the info. I feel validated in not joining these new programs with new untested products. It’s tough to say no especially when served with lofty claims of “the next big thing”. I checked them out once – nice software and idea – but the market for the game isn’t there (yet).
