    Hope it helps:)

I was wondering.. Guess now it’s time to share my thought’s

“How come there are so many complaints about 888.com in every possible aspect including the scraping issues, yet under the certified programs there’s a bold link saying: Casino On Net (888.com) .

When someone does harm to me, i will always stand up against him and protect my hard work and efforts. How can all the other webmasters keep being so polite and courteous while they are being so brutally ripped off.”

I must admit, when someone hurt my rights.. I tend to “shoot first then ask” more than ask for a reason for messing up with my rights.

We are all in this together. Uniting is the best solution, and will bring the power to solve any problem.

I will set up a blacklist page 1 click away from the front page and send you the links.

Moreover, I will too trade links with any other webmaster who will do the same regardsless of PR.

We have been screwed up, If we will not fight back. No one else will.

MD go read the long thread in the 888 forum.

The primary reason they are still certified is so that we can keep an open line of communication with them and hopefully get a resolution to this scraper situation. Its very difficult to solve any problems without communication.

If 888 is de-certified then their forum will be removed from here. We will no longer be able to assist affiliates with any payment or support issues they might have with the casino. If they arent certified they will have far less incentive to come to the table on this very important issue.

Thats not to say that we wont revoke their certification if they dont address this problem, because we will. BUT we would prefer a resolution to the problem rather then just a quick fix on our end that does NOT achieve that objective.

    You see? That’s why i’m not a politician:popcorn:

I was just sharing my personal opinion regarding such issues and don’t get me wrong on this, I do appreciate and respect the tolerance you show regarding this issue.

On the other hand, I feel it is the legit right of individuals to say “That’s more than i can take” like Dom and act independently.

I totally agree with the Professor.

For now, I appreciate the forum being there.

If this scraper problem does not get resolved, I will also call for their expulsion.

I think a lot is being accomplished here at CAP. We are in this together, and I feel optimistic that changes will be made.

Hey, I was just thinking out loud.. I am not calling for their expulsion nor trying to start the flames here.

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to join any affiliate program that i would not join my self.

The Professor has his own perspective which i really believe is the best way to approcah such problem and i respect this approach.

by saying that as an individual i think in a different manner, i didn’t mean to suggest any way of acting in this issue. I apologize if this is the way things were understood.

I hardly think the threads in that forum are good advertising for the program – quite the opposite.

Lots of hard work has been put into this 888.com delima. I personally have not seen my site in over a month. This work began way back in December 2005 and has finally got some big attention.

Lets don’t blow it now. Take Dom’s advice! and wait until Monday for the response from the professor for further information.

Thousands of pages have already been shut down, mainly on Yahoo. Google I am sure is watching this thread very closely. The scrapers are on the run and we are collectively stomping on this problem. greek39

I think the blacklist pages are an excellent idea. Quick question though-
Dominique, does the blacklist page you give a link to have to be dedicated to 888 or can it be a general blacklist page? TIA for your answer :)

It should be a page dedicated to 888.

But I am also thinking about making this a permanent linking situation, where we can publicize if 888 redeems itself, and which we can use for other specific blacklistings if needed.
