As a rule, the more money you make for a casino, the higher they are willing to pay.
You will have to prove that you deliver the sales though.
Everything in life is negotiable. Affiliate commissions are especially negotiable, but normally you have to be a proven performer. This holds true in all industries, not just gambling.

Like in anything else, the more you excel, the better your rewards.
Important thing is to be consistent and honest, and as has been echoed in the past, live up to promises made. Those are vital in building any lasting, profitable relations.
