    Yesterday i get 2 Statements for April

    in one Statement EP will send the money to MONEYBOOKERS
    in the other Statement EP will send the money to NETELLER

    I never use NETELLER for payments and never tell EP to send the money by NETELLER

    I always use MONEYBOOKERS .

    I send yesterday an e-mail to my AM and to EP and still waiting for answer ….

    At least you got one.. I got ones saying neteller and when i told them i stopped getting responses

    2. since few days missing some deposits which was taken

    There was definitly more deposits this month as that what i can see at the moment
    in my stats and EP says that something is allright again ….

    NOTHING is ALLRIGHT !!!

    Hi Oyropa

    We’ve checked and there is an issue with earnings reporting (as you said) on certain days.
    It is not calculating from the net gaming as it should be in the reports.
    This is part of the reports being upgraded and is being worked on now by developers.
    This will not affect your payment and you will be paid the correct amount.
    In the meantime while this is being worked on we are keeping record of anyone that was affected.
    We’ll keep updating about this issue.
    Anyone else who has had problems in this regard please let us know.
    We are correcting the report issue and then will double check all accounts to make sure.
