I live in Canada and have many gamming websites registered to my internet design/hosting company in Canada. All of the gamming sites are on servers in the US that are leased by my company.

How does this new law affect me? Should I move the sites to “physically in Canada” servers?

    TIA for any advice

I’d just leave them until your hosts says no more gambling sites.(if it happens)

And, if your going to move them, don’t move to Canada, us Canucks maybe in the same situation very soon. :wink-wink

Thanks Dalster – good advice. I won’t go until I’m asked to leave.

I don’t think the same thing will happen in Canada. Unlike the US, our government is in love with gambling – that’s where it gets most of its revenue :)

The U.S. government is also “In Love” with gambling.

But neither government receives anything from online casinos, etc..

I’d say by next summer we’ll (atleast Ontario) be seeing the same crap.
